What up playa hatas?
Checking in again to alert you of some new awesome details about my life as we know it for the next nine months.
Well, I met my host family today, and moved in. Right now, my bags are kind of sprawled out on my bed (there is no way I have the energy to unpack right now. No. Fucking. Way). And my host dad just came in to give me a random bottle of water. Which was quickly followed up by my host mom giving me a thing of us to put under my pillow.
Seriously, these people are so ridiculously nice.
I'm starting to feel a little bit more like a legitimate citizen of this country now. Yesterday I hung out with two really cute girls from Doshisha who showed me around Osaka, and helped me get my alien registration stuff. They also helped me get my cell phone, which was really, really nice of them. One of the girls, Yuko, was especially cool. I'm glad I got her number at the end of the day.
Today, me and Erin also got the number of this really cool girl who showed us around campus. Hopefully, I can continue this string of collecting Japanese friends. Hahaha.
I've also met some cool American kids too. Especially Adrienne and Kelly. They're really chill, and I know I'll get to know them better this year. I really would like to. =)
I've taken a shit ton of pictures, and I promise that I'll have them up this weekend. Hell. I might upload some now if I have time.
I also saw two black guys today. Damn I wish I took a picture.
Alright fool bags, I'll try and update as often as possible with strange anecdotes and the like. I'm sure I'll have plenty.
Yay for highspeed internet! =p!!!!
Goodnight jackasses, till next time. =)
